They are truly amazing camryn is my girl she grooms my 4 yr old shih tzu this place is the best been going here for about 2-3 years.They do an amazing job for amazing price.

Until today, Wednesday August 21, 2013, I would have given this business 10 stars. I would also have given my groomer there 10 stars.



I dropped off 2 Miniature Schnauzers at 10 am. Our groomer was not even there. "On an errand". I sure wish I had a job I could leave in the middle of the morning to run personal errands. It normally takes until between 2 & 3pm for my dogs to be ready. Today one was fairly matted. I called @2:57pm to see when I could expect to pick up my dogs. Our groomer was gone yet again, the dogs were not ready. Had been bathed and had their "first haircut"

The person I spoke to did not offer a time when our groomer might return. I told the person I spoke to that I really had needed them by 3, their normal finish time. I also stated we would have to re-evaluate any further visits there. I called @3:30. I spoke to the same person, I stated that I was picking up my dogs at 4 ready or not. Please cancel the appt I had for my other two dogs.



I got there to pick up my dogs. I was given ATTITUDE by the groomer. No apologies for the delays. 'she jerked my dogs around. The dogs are not to blame for her personal issues and delays. Had anyone bothered to call me and explain, earlier in the day, I am a reasonable person. No calls. No explanations. No apologies



I have been a loyal client there for over 5 years. Spent a boat load of money (roughly 150.00 every 4-8 weeks) and this is how it went today.



After I pulled out, I called to try and speak to the owner who I was told is ALWAYS there. She was magically not there. Imagine that.

Friendly,

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Animals are always well cared for and pricing is very reasonable.
