I am the son of a man employed by this company. Due to the lack of concern for the employee and his family I am writing this to let you know some things about this business before you contact them to do a job.My father has been working for Randall since the business started and in those several years my family has never had worse financial hardships. Randall's excavation does not offer simple health insurance to their employees... something you would think should be standard for any business that works with heavy machines. We have had to live pay check to pay check since my father started working for Randall and it has been tearing my family apart. My father works more than any man should have to, putting in overtime and doing free labor. My father took a pay cut when he started working for Randall and was promised less hours and a sizable bonus(of the supposed "80 years of combined experience" my father has the majority) which was severely reduced.
