I had several pieces of jewelry I never wore - totaling 26 diamonds - now I have a custom-designed ring that I love to wear! Keven, wonderful job on designing this and working with me. I have been a customer of Vashti's for over 30 years - I won't go anywhere else - and this means visiting from another state, to bring my jewelry here. Where do you go when the 48 year old ring your mom and dad gave you 26 years ago cracked at the band? Your trusted jeweler Vashti's of course! Many people think it's about the white gold and diamonds but for me it's priceless. While my parents divorced when I was six they truly believed in "until death do we part". They stayed friends and attended everything as a family for us 3 kids and when our family grew my dad was a part of their life too. I'm so grateful for the values my mom, dad and stepfather instilled in us. It's been 18 years since we lost dad so I wouldn't trust this piece of my heart with anyone else!

Vashti's is a family business but also a business for our community to be proud of because of their attention to detail, customer service, and general friendliness. I have had several pieces worked on at Vashti's, and the final product has been absolutely beautiful each time.

I bought a charm to have added to a bracelet of great sentimental value. I am so thankful that the jeweler pointed out serious wear on the bracelet that I hadn't noticed. He worked with me to come up with a solution that not only enhanced the look of the piece, but will also keep it secure, and even had it ready earlier than I expected. Great service on Gloucester's Main Street!

After 2 years of holding on to an antique engagement ring, I finally decided to go in and talk to Vashti's. After hearing several people in the county refer me to them. They are wonderful! Friendly! Helpful! They took my information and called me when it was time to bring in the ring. The jeweler explained what needed to be fix and what he would recommend be fixed. 2 days later, we go to pick it up and I am so excited !! The associates remembered us by name and brought the ring out with out us even having to ask. It fits perfectly and looks brand new.
This will now be my jewelry store ! Can't wait to go back and get my matching wedding band and all my jewelry.

Absolutely terrible experience. I brought my Seiko flight watch in to have the batteries changed, after confirming that they service Seiko watches, and my watch was returned gouged and scratched. When I asked to speak to the person who changed the batteries, the jeweler walked out angrily saying that "sometimes these watches get scratched because they are hard to take apart, and there is nothing he would do about it." Not satisfied with the answer, and after having to argue with the jeweler, I requested that they return it to Seiko and have them fix the problem they created since they aren't competent enough to do the work without devaluing a mid-range watch. Three weeks later I get my watch back from Seiko, band and back replaced, but one gauge still in the side of the watch. They said they would do nothing more than what they already have. From my experience with them, I will never return, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know.

Went in for someone to look at a piece of jewelry I had. The first women I spoke to, about mid 40's, was very nice the next women a lot older was very rude. Said Kevin needed to help me did not offer to set up a time to bring the ring back never offered an explanation or a direction on how to get the ring appraised. Although they have some nice pieces I will never go back to that store because of the rudeness of this women. Took the ring to another jewlery store received an appraisal of $5500 for my insurance. While waiting for the appraisal I bought a new ring.

my husband and i went to get there to get batteries put in our watches, and get a new watchband for his watch, instesd of selling us a new watchband he told us the watchband could be fixed. watchband was fixed at no charge. we were very pleased with there service and they were very nice and helpful
