Marcus Reed was highly competent and helpful. My laptop got fried by lightning. Plus I needed to get Ubuntu removed. I also needed help with scanning. To top it off, I was able to get access to 2 old floppy disks of mine. Marcus guided me patiently through the steps involved in scanning. I recommend IQ Computer Services for sure. I recommend asking for Marcus in particular. But whomever you get, Marcus will make it's all right done right.
