Great service. Would recommend their service to anyone. Couple reason 1) They waive off the late night fee because they were close to our location in Glendora, NJ. 2) The lock wasn't actually damage but the door handle mechanism which was more than double of what I had anticipated or wanted to pay for a rental apt. When I called Shon, they didn't have as many reviews here yet (this was over a year ago), but those that were there were good, so I gave them a shot. And I'm so happy I did - Shon was able to come by first thing the next day, and this was after contacting them late in the evening.
