So this has been bothering me since I heard this---My friend was having a facial here last month, a rare treat for a busy mom, and a piece of equipment broke falling on her face. She thought her nose was broken! The esthetician barely apologized and continued with the facial. When my friend told the front desk they so "oh, sorry about that" and acted like it was no big deal! She didn''t enjoy her facial at all! She was in pain and was worried the whole time that something else might happen. The salon should have offered her a return visit at no charge! Seriously, what poor customer service!



Try somewhere else!

I have been going to Peaches and Cream for waxing, facials and massages for years. The facility is beautiful. The rooms are serene and nicely decorated. The employees are polite, professional and discreet. My husband will buy me gift cards for special occassions and I get to choose my own gift from their large menu of services. I love it! I have never had to wait after my appointment time and I never feel rushed to hurry and exit when I'm done. How do they manage to do that? I don't know... If you do opt for a massage I recommend being vocal about the amount of pressure you like so you don't walk out sore and unhappy. I've made this mistake before and it was totally my own fault.

This is a first rate spa from people who know what they are doing! I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a facial, massage or the spa experience. Everyone is friendly, professional and eager to please.
