The therapist took her time and worked out the tension, I had on my back. Very professional. I had asked for remedies to help with my backaches. Brianna was very helpful and pleasant.

If I could afford to I would most definetly return for monthly facials. Shannon talked to me through the facial, sharing what the products can do for my skin. I appreciated all the helpful hints. She explained everything thoroughly as she went through them. She customized the facial to meet my exact needs.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the spa. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. My massage was exactly what I wanted and then some. I tend to be a very tense person and sometimes have a hard time relaxing during a massage. Shauntee's touch was very comforting and relaxing to the point I feel asleep during the massage which rarely happens. She also relieved the pain I had in my right wrist and hand. I was shocked to hear that she has only been giving massages for 6 months because she felt like a seasoned massage Therapist. Looking forward to my next appointment with her.

Elizabeth was very kind and she spoke with a very soothing voice while giving me my facial. She explained each technique and my facial itself felt wonderful. The entire process was very relaxing.

Sensitivity to pain area in my shoulder.....my overall therapeutic value was exceptional. My therapist gave me feedback after and recommended further treatment to help. He also checked in about pressure and comfort level. Excellent massage!!

Massage was one of the best I had ever had. The upsell after the massage was one of the worst I had ever had. It is a hard sell to become a member. Sad truth is it wouldn't have been such a hard sell if they just back off a bit. I used to be in sales and I know that any customer, in California, who signs a contract has three days to cancel the contract. I didn't really have a chance to read the fine print and was told I would receive a copy, which i believe is part of the ploy. The hostess returned, advising that the printer was " conveniently" out of service. Obviously a marketing gimmick and disingenuous at best. To the employees at the location; it is best to be transparent to the customer. You never know who you will be dealing with.

Melissa...She remember that my daughter and I had come in the prior month and asked how my daughter was doing. I thought that was very sweet of her to remember and to ask. :)

When I entered, the atmosphere here was very welcoming and relaxing. My massage therapist carefully listened to my requests, and made sure to it was done to my liking. She did a wonderful job and I was very happy with the end result. She also provided additional suggestions to do at home for continued relaxation.
