Provided by YP.comI took my L.A. Benge trumpet to Gard for a relatively simple repair that involved some resoldering, and Gard completely "screwed the pooch" on it. When the tech. realized there was a problem with the repair, neither he nor anyone else at Gard contacted me to ask how I wanted to proceed. After Gard botched the job, I took the horn to Kanstul Musical Instruments in Anaheim. Mr. Kanstul took care of me personally and made sure his people fixed and cleaned up the mess made by Gard. As a result of my experience with Gard, I wouldn't trust those people with any sort of repair or any sort of purchase. They are positively the worst.
