Customer Service - Re: coupon "Free 6" sub of your choice with purchase of 6" sub of equal or greater value & large drink purchase".
Clerk- I gave order to clerk. Informed him of coupon. After making the sandwiches I was informed the subs I ordered whole subs (which were 12"), could not use coupon. Then I was told I had to ring up each sub separately. WHAT! WHY? Poor communication ...... I will not return to this Subway location & Subway will not be my 1,2, or 3rd choice for a sub sandwich in the near future. 4 sandwiches cost me $25.68. NOT A DEAL
