Terrible experience with this company. Was promised a clean house the first time they came. Was told they will stay there until the job is done... 2 elderly ladies came they could barely understand English... They did a speed cleaning... Ignored corners... Didn't pay attention to detail.. When I pointed some things that weren't done... Even missed a bathroom... They told me they had to go as they ran out of time. These ladies where not given enough time to clean everything. When I spoke to Bob to advise him of the situation.. He seems to be the one who answers the phone.. He didn't seem to care too much about my concern. It was insinuated that I had a very dirty house which was not the case at all! We had agreed that the next time he will send a different crew and told me that he will even come himself to assess the situation. When the day came that they were supposed to come.. I had called to advise Bob that he really didn't have to come if he wants to just see what the other crew will tell him... I didn't want to waste his time if it wasn't necessary... He decided that it would be best if neither him or the crew come. Wow!! Really?? Is this how you run a business? I will never use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone I know. Use the Glendale Heights location at your own risk
