This is a great women only gym. Spa facilities (hot tub, sauna and steam room) are included in your membership. The group fitness classes are awesome but they can get crowded so make sure you sign up at the front desk. First come first serve especially the spin class. There is always someone sweeping, wiping down and disinfecting something every time I'm there.

Spa services and a gym all in one! I love the fact that I can get a facial and/or massage before heading home for the day. The spa is very nice, quiet, and relaxing. In addition, the gym has all of the latest equipment and classes.

This is a great gym .they offer great classes through out the day, so you can take them anytime. Their spa is nice but small. The place is very clean and provides cosmetic services too.

I am a customer for over 5 years and I absolutely love this gym.

I have a spa and gym membership and use facilities on regular basis.

The customer service at the spa is top notch. Varieties of services and prices come to almost a half price if you buy packages and during promotions.

Gym has gazillion of classes at convenient times for all levels and tastes.

What else can you wish for.

Expensive, doesn't provide towels, employees aren't that friendly, but it's clean....

I give this place 2 stars because it's relatively clean and it's a great location if you work in the Glendale towers. On the downside, the space is very small and it's always crowded making it hard to exercise on certain types of equipment that are very popular. Yoga classes are meh compared to specialized yoga studios. As for the spa, reservation, why do they need my credit card every time to book an appointment? Can't they automate their systems?

TW Gym is such a nice place to workout. It's clean and always tidy. There are so many classes that they offer and the instructors are all pretty good. It's a small gym but, they have a lot of machines in the tight space. Tucked away in the back is a whirlpool. The ladies are always so friendly there as well. Four tvs so there is always something on that you can watch.

Their concept of a gym and day spa is such a great one. Treating yourself to the ever important facials and massages is very cool. Have not yet had a massage or facial that I didn't like!



Only one small thing, don't get too attached to your favorite therapist as they often move on! However, don't let that deter you from trying this place.

This place is so awesome. You can get a private gym and spa all in one. Great rates and services. I'm a happy new member and get a massage and a facial each month included in my membership. Even better, the rate per month is the same I used to pay for a massage. The facility is gorgeous you have got to check it out to believe it!

I have to say my initial encounter here was a bit rough. Our company had moved into the office tower that adjoins the complex this gym is in, and because it was so convenient, I wanted to take a look at the place. I went in at lunch one day to check it out - signed up for a quick tour and was asked to wait, so I did...for nearly 20 or so minutes until finally one of the clerks at the desk said I'd have to come back another time - and this was after two other people had been taken for tours. So negative was that first experience that I wrote an e-mail to their corporate office. It took a day or so but I did get a call back from the manager, and eventually signed up for a basic membership. I went pretty regularly at first but only used the weights and other equipment. Now, three months after sustaining a running related injury, I'm back in the gym nearly every day, taking a variety of classes during lunch and after work, and I'm really enjoying it. While it is true that the place is a bit small, and is nearly always busy, the spa atmosphere really adds to the overall ambiance. Some of the class instructors are quite good, while others are not, but all in all you can't beat the convenience of the place if you happen to work in the area. And I do like the fact that it's totally for women!
