I ordered a cute birthday cake and some cake pops for my daughter’s birthday party. It supposed to be ready at 10am, but it wasn’t. The manager told me we have been so busy, so we couldn’t make it on time. Who cares you are busy. I paid you, and you have to prepare it. They were so rude. They made my daughter cry. When I was ordering the cake, the cashier checked the time with baker, and she has been told, that the order will be ready on time. Watching my daughter crying because of her cake,,,,,,,, the worst feeling, and it was all their fault.
