Wow, just read the reviews of this business here, but so far they been giving me great services. I have been ordering their supplies since I started decorating cakes and they have never disappointed me. Will continue to order from them because their cutters are the best I've tried so far.

I wish I had of read this website before ordering because then I would not have wasted my time. I ordered 4 cutters but they could only supply 3. Since I was really only after the one they couldn't supply, and ordered the others since I was paying shipping (to Aust) anyway, I sent an email to "cancel the order". I don't know how else this can be interpreted. To cut a long story short, they sent what they had anyway even though I had asked for it to be cancelled. All correspondence from then on was saying it was all my fault because I was not specific enough. I did ask Kaye what she thought "cancel the order" meant but again I was put in my place that it was not her fault and there was nothing she could do.



"I will cancel the order if they won't be available until September."



To this day, over 2 weeks later the cutters are still available on her website even though she won't get them for 2 months. I would have been very happy to put the order through again when they had them but because she is too rude, I have taken my business elsewhere. I know I certainly won't be ordering from her again.
