Answered the phone personally - no waiting for a return call. Always kept me up to date with information and handled everything himself, no handing off to someone who didn't know me or the case. Was extremely knowledgeable of the law and the possibilities available to me - I did not have to guess at my options. Was able to work out a reduced plea that allowed me to recover my good driver status within 3 years! Terrific guy - I have recommended him to others needing a lawyer!
