I set up an Appointment for haircut at Dina's Hair style in Verdugo Glendale. I honestly missed my appointment , she called me and told over the phone that I am late on the appointment. I am walking distance to this salon, I immediately run and go there. ( I missed 10 mins in total). She totally raise her voice and very rudely told me that I can have my turn in an hour. I mis heard the appointment hour, I really thought that I set it up for 5pm but I didn't know that it was set up at 4pm.I didn't argue and I am very apologetic to her. I just told her that I will just go back and set up another appointment, she then crossed out my name and hand me a business card and told me in her loud voice" call me when you are ready, I am not writing an appointment for you". How can she talk like this to a client? I am totally devastated to the way she treated me, ( my daughter was present and watched this happening). I didn't say anything and left the salon. This is a very humiliating experience for me. Dina is totally out of control and has to work on her work ethics and impulse. She could have told me over the phone that she cannot accommodate me. She let me come in and humiliate me to all the people inside the salon. Totally uncalled for.
