Best pharmacy ever! I worked there for several years, and having been a pharmacist since 1990 I can say this was the best pharmacy I have encountered.

I am dealing with the same issue as Dee. My understanding was that this was to be a one-time prescription fill from my podiatrist in New Orleans. I now have THREE boxes of these products sitting at my house that I did not order. Just called the company in Glendale, and also reached a voicemail. If I have the trouble Dee had in getting these products returned--and shipments STOPPED--I will go immediately to the Better Business Bureau. On hindsight, the product didn't help and I wish I had NOT given my CC info to this company to pay for the original prescription. Something is VERY wrong here.

This pharmacy product was recommended by my orthopedist. So I called them and gave my insurance information. They found out that my insurance company doesn't cover their product. The person I spoke to over the phone asked me if I still want to get the item and it will be over $50 which comes out of my own pocket. So I politely replied that I don't want the item then. She sent it to me anyways.

So I called the company and every time I call the it goes straight to voicemail. So I decided to press 2 to talk to pharmacist and the pharmacist told me he will take care of it and send Fedex to pick up the item. Package's been sat outside of my house for some days so I had to called them back again and this time the pharmacist transfer me over to customer service. She was telling me that whoever I spoke to earlier miss informed me. She said they have to send prepaid able and I have to drop the box off at Fedex drop off office. I complained why I have to go through all that trouble for their mistake and the she really didn't care about what I said. Anyhow, finally they mailed the prepaid label and I dropped it off at Fedex office. I wanted make sure they receive the package. The person that I spoke to said they got the package back and they will reverse whatever process they are doing. And he said "Don't worry about it we do this all the time." Not sure what he meant by it. But I think they maybe sending their product to a customers like me and hoping they would just keep it. Avoid this company, it is tedious to deal with it. And I will complain it to my orthopedist next time I see him.
