Julie is the best skin care expert out there. I had it all! I'm a Pacific Islander, and I had it all. Wrinkles, sun damage & my skin wasn't smooth. GONE! And, it took just about 8 treatments. Her prices are so reasonable. And, she's just a sweet person. I would recommend her & have recommended her to many any time! I'm so excited I get to see her tomorrow!

This place is a scam. My fiancé had an appointment for a facial and showed up to locked doors. She attempted to call and couldn't even get an answering machine to leave a message. The ladies at an adjacent business saw her waiting by the front door and told her that it's a common occurrence with this business. I don't know how anybody can operate a business this way. It is so disrespectful to people who schedule time out of their day to use the services. Don't bother with this place. As you can see in all the other reviews, this business owner doesn't care.

If I could give this a "no star" rating I would. I made and prepaid for 3 facials after using my groupon. I showed up for my 1st appointment, waited 40 minutes, called,knocked and no response or a show. Found out from girl working in area that I was not the only one that had been waiting that day. Called my bank. They canceled my transaction. Julie emailed me 2 days later. Apologized and wanted to reschedule. NO THANK YOU!!! I won't be burned twice!

I bought a facial on Groupon from this company for my mom.



The Best (they spell "Worst" funny...) Little Shop is an hour drive from my mom. They cancelled her appointment at the last minute. They didn't even CALL her to cancel the appointment... they emailed her at the last minute. Who checks their email constantly?



I'm not stupid. I know they canceled her appointment because it was a discounted appointment through Groupon and another full price client tried to book so they bumped my mom.



Not only that, but they told her they couldn't reschedule her for TWO MONTHS.



Absolutely insane. I will be spreading the word about this spa. I will be leaving reviews anywhere I can as well.

Horrible! Rip Off! I bought a facial package and scheduled appointments online as required. The first one she cancelled, the second on she was a No Show, the third attempted appt day I received an email saying my appt booking right were revoked due to a "violation" and all my appts were cancelled. Email said to contact her at her email address. I tried numerous times without any contact back. She has all of the money I paid for the facials and won't contact me!

I purchased a Groupon to "The Best Little Spa" for a facial of my choice. I had no problem booking online, it was super easy, and I must say very convenient. The spa itself is hard to find. I got lost and I ended up being 10 minutes late to my appointment. When I arrive Julie was waiting for me. She was very nice about it.



The spa is decorated to PERFECTION! OMG! I have never seen a space so LOVELY. I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED MY FACIAL it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Julie did a wonderful job it was the BEST FACIAL I HAVE EVER HAD. After my facial Julie did not try to pressure me to buy anything, and she answered all my questions. The Groupon covered everything except for the tip. Julie was very sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I will defiantly be going back!

The Best Little Spa is the only place I go for facials! I have been going to Julie for over 2 years. She's always kind to me and I have never had any problems. When I leave my face always feel amazing. I love the online booking its easy and I can change my appointment with out having to call. I got both my mom and dad facials here when they were in town for Christmas. My dad had never had one and really enjoyed it, and my mom who gets facials all the time said it was better then the one's she gets from her facial girl back home. (and my mom is picky) Score!!! I highly recommend The Best Little Spa! Julie really know her stuff and I personally don't trust anyone else. I have tried a lot of places before and when I found her it was a wrap. She is hands down the best facial girl in town!

I bought a groupon for a facial at The Best Little Spa and then I forgot about it. When I finally remembered to book my appointment I had only 4 days before it was going to expire. I went online to book my appointment and there was absolutely nothing available online before the expiration date. I contacted the spa through email because on their website it only provide that contact information. I got a responds about 2 hours later, they were really nice and told me as stated on there website they will honor all groupons up to three months past there expiration date. I was so relieved and they even helped me to make my appointment. About a week an a half later I went in for my facial appointment. The Best Little Spa is inside a The Beauty Studio's and its really cute. I would have gotten a little lost getting there if I hadn't printed the directions off their website. I suggest getting the directions of their website the location is tucked away and could be hard to find. The spa was decorated perfectly, its clean, the music is so calming, it smells of eucalyptus when you walk in and my facial was so relaxing. The staff was great and I had no problems at all. I'm scheduled to go back next month. I would highly recommend The Best Little Spa to everyone! Thank you for a great experience.

Great place! I booked online and got in the following week. Facial was amazing, Julie was very sweet. I had no problems. I would highly recommend this place. Oh yeah and I used a groupon. I will be back.

Love the service I get here and Julie is so kind and explains skin care so well. Never have to wait when I've scheduled my appointments either. If you buy on Groupon you get a great deal and I was never limited or held to any times. Normal prices are great too. I will never go anywhere else for eye brow waxing, facials, or dermaplaning!!! This place is top notch!!!

The Best Little Spa is true to its name. It was easy to schedule an appointment, Julie is friendly, and the entire eyebrow experience was the most comfortable and pain-free that I've ever had. I look forward to returning regularly!

The Best Little Spa is AMAZING! I have had a series of 4 Microdermabrasion treatments there. I love how my skin feels and I can see an huge difference in my skin almost all my dry patches around my chin are gone now. Julie is great at what she does and very knowledgeable. She took the time to awnser all my questions and she paid close attention to what I wanted. My last treatment I selected to added on a collagen mask and Im going to do that again.... I think I may even add on a peppermint scalp massage too! I recommend The Best Little Spa to all my friends and family. Im going to be get a gift certificate for my mother-in law for christmas and SCORE some points!

I went to The Best Little Spa a few days ago and I was amazed by the great service. I have never had a facial before but I had some time to kill and there was a special deal on facial that day. I am now hooked. My skin has never felt this good and the facial was great. Will be back ! Thank you !

Love, love, love this spa! Julie waxed my eyebrows and gave me a European facial. She is awesome! I have had many facials and this was the first time I have ever had my ears massaged and omg it felt so good! She also used lavender hot towels in the facial it was wonderful. Her room is so cozy with candles, yummy smells and soothing music. I love the ambiance. I highly recommend the best little spa!

My friend gave me a gift certificate for my Birthday...for a facial at this spa. It was the best facial I have ever had...and I've had several! "julie" gave me the most relaxing facial her techniques were amazing! Her room was private and very soothing, I loved the atmosphere! Julie was very sweet and knowledgable. I booked a microdermabrasion treatment with her for next week....I am excited to go back! I would higly recomend this spa.
