This place needs serious insulation. The walls are paper thin. There's nothing you can do about the resident mini roaches... there here to stay. The water seems to smell and taste like chlorine sometimes. Your lucky if you get enough hot water or luke warm at least. The management gives you excuses if you are having problems with your neighbors. The management basically throws up their hands "I can't do anything" attitude.
