If I could give negitive stars I would, just like the previous review, I was there today and wasn't even acknowledged, stood around for about 10 minutes with no help there were plenty of salespeople that were not busy with customers that could have helped me, so I went to the play area to get my kid and the security guard asked me if I had been helped, I said No I guess they are too busy, he tried to make an excuse that they thought I was with another customer, and he would get someone for me I said no thanks I will take my business somewhere else. How rude, I have shopped there before quite a few years ago and was never treated like I was today. I will never be back ever. Went to Helzberg instead, and was pleased. You suck Jared.
