We spent almost $7,000.00 dollars in new awnings in our house we just purchased 4 months ago, we used this company because the prior owner of the house had a couple awnings made by them, we called them and had 12 new awnings made. After installation, two of the windows are hitting the awnings when we open them, I called the sales person and he said he will get back to me, two days later, to our surprise, he said that we had to pay for the adjustment, I said no way, the owner "Debby" or whatever her name is, said that we have to take the cost of her installer to come and raise the awnings because I told him the height that should be installed, and I did so to make sure they were on the right spot (as the company and I agreed upon placing the order), I talked to the salesman (Tim) doing the measurement and we talked about the height of all of them, neither him nor the installer (the so called experts) ever mentioned the issue about the height being an issue when opening
