Called to do an IPC with the instructor. After taking the time to review the required work I was informed I needed to do six approaches for an IPC. The six approaches are for instrument currency. I was told that, "I have fifteen years of instructing experience, I know what I'm doing." That was the end of the conversation.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I was a student at this place and gave a deposit of $10,000 to the owner, his name is Paul blair. After few lessons he told me he is going out of business and he cannot refund my money. After that he never answered my calls.

He never gives you any paperwork or signs on anything. He is a THIEF and a CRIMINAL.

His office is now closed. May be he is operating his business from another office now.

If you see this guy just call the cops. DO NOT TRUST ANY WORD HE SAYS.

You will not be able to sue him either, because there is nothing on his name. All his money and property is on his ex- wife name.

This guy is a CON ARTIST and plans his move to take your hard earned money very well.

There are other legit schools in the area....try those..

SCAM SCAM SCAM...RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. The owner Paul blair is a Criminal. Do not trust him at all. He does not own any Planes, he do not have any instructors. He will Lie to you about everything. He has been sued by almost every instructor, Plane rental company and students. Because he has a history of drug use and he doesnt know how to pay the bills. He will ask you for deposits and give you all kind of verbal Guarantees but nothing on Papers. The only thing he needs from you is your money and that's it. Once he has your money there is nothing you can do later. Because he already bankrupt and has bad credit. He does not even has a Office, the only thing he has is a Website. Save yourself money and Hassle and DO NOT COME TO THIS SCHOOL. There are other schools like Arizona Flight Training centre and Gold coast Helicopters...Try those... Dont come to this DRUG ADDICT CRIMINAL.
