Dr. MJ Liu earned his medical degree in 2008, followed by completing an Internal Medicine internship in Albuquerque, NM, before continuing his neurology training at the Barrow Neurological Institute here in Phoenix, AZ. After completing his fellowship, he establish a home here in Arizona. During his free times he enjoys the company of his daughter, working out and outdoor activities. He speaks English, Mandarin and Taiwanese fluently. ​ He has experience in general clinical neurology treating all neurological disorders. His proudest escalade is completing fellowship training at the Muhammad Alli Parkinson Center, where he specialized in Movement Disorders and was designated as the Fellow of the Evelyn Kossak Movement Disorder Endowment from 2013-2015.
