Clayton Coombs impressed us with his commitment to not only finding us the perfect home for our unique family situation but also with the sale of our former home. My brother and his children moved in with our family and our house was just not big enough for everyone. Clayton was diligent about looking for homes that would meet our very particular needs and was patient with us while showing us dozens of homes. Clayton found us a beautiful 6 bedroom home in our price range. It was PERFECT and in an area that we had not even considered until he showed it to us. We were devastated when the house was sold before we could make our offer. Much to our surprise, Clayton called us two months later and said the offer on the house had fallen through and it was back on the market as of today. We were able to make an offer that week. He is knowledgeable and dependable. He went far above his obligation in assisting us with the process. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.
