I'm so glad I found Chicago Fire & Burglar Detection online. Their people are so friendly and helpful and their rates are great.

I opened a new business in Lombard. Chicago F & B held my hand through the entire process of Fire Alarm regulations, installation, etc. These guys know their stuff. So many phone calls back and forth and always friendly and willing to listen.

We're so glad we shopped around for a security system instead of just going with ADT. These people know their stuff and are very easy to work with.

This is not your usual alarm company. When you call for service you get to speak to a real person who either helps your right away or has someone else call you back. You're not going to get this personal treatment from ADT!

Had a camera system installed andwas impressed with the professionalism and quality workmanship provided by the installation department. Tom themanaging Director is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful throughoutthe whole process.

I use Chicago Fire and Burglar to protect my home. Their customer service is excellent. Everyone I've interacted with from their office has been an absolute delight. Also, the installation process was very simple and I've never had to deal with any weird false alarms or anything. It gives me peace of mind to know my home is safe - I swear just having the sign in the yard and the sticker on our windows is enough to send any criminals looking for a new house to break into.

This little family run company is so professional and knowledgeable - I was amazed. The system they installed is so simple to use and their staff so friendly, I don't know why anyone would go elsewhere!

Very happy with the equipment and installation. No two sided tape with exposed magnets or wiring. All contacts were hidden. Had a poorly installed system in Wisconsin which had magnet falling off.

Would highly recommend. Was sold by the owner and felt very comfortable with his knowledge and demeanor. Have already recommended them to others.
