Terrible. My son had an appointment at 1:00. It was a little dark when we went into the waiting room. About ten minutes later Dr Schamberg walks in and says loudly "What are you doing here!" I told her we had an appointment at 1:00. She said there must have been a horrible mistake and went back through the office. We waited thinking she was looking at the schedule, but she never came back . We peered through the window and noticed a big dog was walking in the offices. I bet OSHA would like to know that she brings her pets to work where she makes incisions in the body. When I spoke to the office on the next business day and told them what happened they asked if I wanted to make another appointment. Never once apologized.

Not sure why the bad reviews. I was a first time patient today and was extremely pleased with the entire process. Staff was very personable and friendly. Perhaps they are different from the ones previously reviewed. If so, Dr. Schaberg has done a great job of finding the right people for her practice. Dr. Schaberg addressed all of my needs. Would definitely recommend.

I went in with a content and she blew it off saying she wasn't worried with what I was telling her. It was the only one of the 4 tests that came back ore cancers. Shes always prescribed medicines over $300! No generically and never once has she been on time with her appointments. If you can get into her office within 40 mind of your appointment time then you're doing good! THen she rushes your appointment and only speaks to the nurse in medical terms and shes out the door before you can talk to her. I'm switch docs this week.

I've been a patient for awhile and like the dr but the people she has representing her on the phone and at the desk are rude. I called to make a schedule and #1 she mumbled so badly I had to guess at what she was saying #2 she seemed inconvenienced by my call and #3 has me seriously considering canceling my appointment and finding a new dr.

I called to make a new patient appointment today. New patient appointments are being scheduled for July !! And my situation is needing attention now, not in 3 months, I asked if their was anyway to get in now and the receptionist said nope. I told the receptionist I would look to schedule an appointment somewhere else and the receptionist replied with "okay" and hung up. There was no interest in helping a potentional patient or did not even care to find out what the problem was that maybe it could not wait 3 months !! I felt as though I was being rushed off the phone. Very disappointed.

I would not recommend this dermatologist. She does not educate her patients and is not very personable. The office is decorated like a fish aquarium and still had Christmas decorations up in March which I found very sloppy and unprofessional.
