Their customer service is non-existent. Their representative is rude and lazy. First, they had no cars to rent. Then the rep told me that he had three cars coming in that afternoon and that he would call me when they arrived. He never called, I had to call him at 4:30pm (they close at 5:00pm). he initially said they had no cars then he said oh one just one in. This was also a lie because the car came in almost two hours prior to that and it was too much effort for him to call like he said he would. Then I told him I was on my way and that I would be there before five. He said no problem, he'd be there. When I arrived, they searched for him, but it turns out he left over five minutes early when he knew I was coming. They wasted my time and created a problem by not having a car available. I am now going to rent from Enterprise and NEVER again from Hertz. What they say is true; It HERTZ to rent from them. Don"t waste your time or money.
