Very disappointed today. First no popcorn, seriously what bowling alley ever didn't have popcorn, I've been bowling in other countries and they've had popcorn. So I told the employee I was planning on buying multiple pizzas and drinks and alcohol, but I won't buy anything if he won't let me bring popcorn from the movie theatre in. I mean you don't even sell it and I'm not bowling so you don't need to worry about grease, but obviously every other bowling alley has popcorn so is that even legitimate? And don't people bring in cupcakes and things for birthday parties since this location doesn't sell those either. The whole logic behind it was ridiculous and I wouldn't be so upset if the employee wasn't so rude. It left a bad taste in my mouth and they didn't even care that I was dissatisfied. The quality of this bowling alley is also lacking and the food they have here is disgusting. It's worth the extra drive to AMF to avoid rude employees, nasty food and sub par equipment. And if you are from bowl America, I hope you read this and know that I am taking this post to the rest of the social media world. You suck.

This is a great place to take your family of all ages. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Parking facilities are well lite. They food is above what would be expected and waite staff efficient and pleasant.



It is far above the AMF lanes in the West End of Richmond.



They have special rates for bowling after 9:00pm on certain days.
