Christmas Eve tradition for years and will continue to go despite the inspection results. Mayor wants to re-make Portland Avenue partly by eliminating what he considers to be eyesores.

I've been going here for Chinese food for years. Great service and excellent food. You can tell everything is made fresh to order. definitely try the crab puffs and Mongolian beef, my favorites.

The restaurant doesn't look very clean. We have always ordered take-out and eat at home. The food is always hot and tasty. The egg rolls are average, at best.The restaurant definitely needs updating and deep cleaning. I shudder to think what the kitchen looks like.

We have eaten at Happy for 4 years while the restaurant is dirty the food was good. We went to dinner last night and found a hair in my food. I had the owner come over and instead of apologizing she yelled at me that I put the hair in my food. I was mortified. I told her this was not true and she yelled at me more and told me not to come back. I could not believe this was happening to me. My children were so upset. I will not ever return.

Best chinese food in Gladstone OR. Friendly staff and super fast service.
