The Gilman-Danforth Library provides free services to all residents living within the Douglas and Danforth Townships. Library services are available people in unserved areas for a fee. Any family in an unserved area wishing to purchase a library card may do so for $100 per year. All members of the household are entitled to a library card for the one fee. A non-resident owner of property in Douglas or Danforth Township is entitled to a library card for one member of his family at no charge.
