very kind to us as a family, very welcoming and friendly to our child with special needs, wonderful food and coffee as well

This place has definitely beaten every place in town for their burgers. No matter how busy they are still knows how to make a burger

We went to Village Inn mid morning. Our server was okay. When we got our food it was cold and the plates were hot. Which means to me that the food was sitting in the window a while. I said something and we received a senior discount. (I should have sent it all back) About a half hour later my son got very ill, sharp stomach pains and later violent vomiting. I called to complain and the manager was very unprofessional and defensive. Told me that he had to let me go cause he was the only cook. (so was i talking to a manager or a cook?) I then contacted the corporate office and they called me to invite me to a lunch the next day to discuss customer service. I couldn't make it cause it was too short of notice and I had to work. That was it. They didn't try to refund my money, they didn't apologize. It seems as though their attitude is: If you don't like it, don't come back. And that's exactly what i plan to do. To anyone reading this, make sure Ron isn't cooking your food cause apparently he doesn't wash after wiping.
