I attended the Church and I found it a very warm environment. I have found it just as warm at a Time Share meeting.



I met and asked folks that attend the church they didn't seem to have much of a sense for their Doctrinal views. I ask some people at the service what their doctrinal statement was and they said they didn't have one.



After doing some reading, I found on my own. It is affiliated with Kenneth Copeland Ministries. As Copeland is a Member of the FreeMasons a Satanic worshiping Cult, I Question the affiliation of this ministry to the Masonic Order!



The Copeland Ministry, a Health, Wealth and Prosperity Ministry: just name it and claim it Philosophy. They believe in being empowered by the Holy Spirit that is evidenced by speaking in Tongues.



If this is your flavor it may well be the place for you.



I find that any church that has an expectation and pressures one beyond Accepting Jesus Christ to be fully Accepted (Name Him and Claim His payment for Sin) is exposed to an Spiritually Abusive environment. To be expected to speak in Tongues, as they see it, as proof of having received the Holy Spirit is contrary to scripture. To receive the Power of the Holy Spirit is indeed a different matter but has nothing to do with whether one has received the Holy Spirit. One receives the Holy Spirit when one Gets Saved. God gives the Power of the Holy Spiritual when He knows you are going to use it to serve Him. Not to manifest the Gift of Tongues.



Their church theme is very appealing to Wyoming and a Country Cowboy environment. but should not be what draws or makes you want to attend!



Their Praise and Worship Service was very moving. I was very moved emotionally. But I can get that from Evis Presley's Gospel music as well. The Preaching was comforting but one must get to the Core of what motivates, that is Salvation in Jesus Christ (Plus nothing minus nothing) to be Accepted. As we Claim Him we are set free and will be free indeed!



All I will say is be careful what motivations you, Feelings or Facts I could have easily been persuaded if I didn't no better! I am sure one would be more than welcome to come and worship there. But I question whether one that doesn't speak in Tongue would be allowed to serve there!
