These people don't care about locals! They are a bunch of money feigning idiots!! I had an appointment, scheduled for a loaner vehicle and arrived to my appointment on time just to have to wait 15 minutes to be told that they don't give out loaner vehicles but they could give me a ride home. I had made all these arrangements a week prior! Instead of calling me before I drove the 20 miles to them and notify me of this issue they waited until I was already there 15 minutes!! My time is important too. Then I guess realizing who I am they called me to come back, I said I wasn't interested and was screamed at by owner Tom! Screw this place, because I asked them to do something different to my vehicle first that was less expensive I guess that makes me not important to them! What happened to customer service???

We were traveling when we had an issue with our 2013 Toyota Tundra. It was Saturday and no dealership was open. Somehow we got to Tom and his crew. Thank goodness for that. Tom's integrity and competence were obvious. He and his crew quickly, competently and kindly got us back on the road in no time. I highly recommend this business.

I broke down in Gillette wy and googled mechanic shops cowboy up auto was first one I saw I called Toms personal cell phone at 11pm he came into town helped me get bak on the road I have never had a mechanic or any one for that matter help me like cowboy up auto thank u Tom
