This dealership has made a 180 degree turn for the better. Not only is their service department under Tyler customer friendly, honest and timely, but Rich is sales was so "not car salesman annoying", he was kind and genuine, sincere and honest. Bought my new Ford Escape from him and will be back for another car when my boyfriends lease is up. Thank you Mike Gillespie for turning the dealership around.
