I have just started the Self Defense classes here at the Self Defense Academy of Michael Westbrook so that I can improve my self-defense skills. So far Im really enjoying it! Great Academy

This place is great I'm writing this because I am so impressed with the instructors and the program at Westbrook Self Defense Academy. If you want to give your child a real edge in confidence and positive values, you can't go wrong coming here. I guess this sounds like an ad, but they seem to have a lot of happy students and families, including my niece!

We are very happy with the results that we have gotten from the Academy since our son started with them. He's more confident, gets better grades, more focus at school. At Westbrook Academy they teach kids respect for others, self defense, how to handle bullies. They have s a friendly environment, their classes are fun, and they are very professional.
