I brought in 2 rear springs to be rebuilt, one excuse after another why it was taking so long. After 6 weeks I was told they did not have the capability of rebuilding them. The General manager was then informed that I was not happy and if they did not have the ability to rebuild them He should have told me 6 weeks ago. He became very abusive, yelled an cussed me out in the parking lot. Told me to leave and not come back. I replied I was not going to return. Another spring shop in downtown Phoenix took 10 minutes to disassemble one spring enough to show me how their shop could do it.
