Worst experience ever! They first would not honor a coupon they had put out, bait and switch anyone. I should have left then. But the manager said he would give me a special, 20 more then the coupon. But I have 2 little kids and never have time to get out, so I did it anyway. I did not get a back message as everyone else did, I got my nails and toes done and she didn't cut my nails at first, the water was ice cold, and when I finally looked at my toe polish I noticed a huge smudge on the big toe from were she put on too much polish and it pooled on the side. There was an extra charge for everything! The price was never clear. Not to mention the guy doing my nails never asked me how I wanted them so when I complained that they were square and not rounded and too long, he laughed at me, then cut my cuticle and when I said it hurt, he laughed at me again. I never get the time or money to get things like this done and I left there in tears. RUDE can not even describe the way I was treated and left paying over 60 dollars for barely painted toes, still cracked hills and square/pointed nails that hurt. I would not only go back but feel stupid for staying and giving them a dime of my money.
