Our 3 month old Grandson was here for a week, so we looked into buying a few items (a musical rocker, a jumper, and a sit in entertainment jumper scooter) at this location. At the time of purchase, the lady running the store told us that we could return these items for at least a 40% refund since we only needed them for a week or so--that didn't happen. We returned the items we purchased for $180.00+/- for a $34.00 refund. These items were like new condition, one of the items was new.

Just a heads up and a warning--get everything in writing. Without it, you're going to get taken.

I sold some of my daughters old stuff. The staff was amazing and kept coming up to make sure I was finding everything okay. The safe was super nice. I love going here. And when your a single mother of 2 the prices are great

I've always had a great experience here. When they have extra sales/clearance, you must check them out. I've bought adorable clothes and toys for my little girl for as low as $1.00 each. For peace of mind, I ask the employees if they can put in batteries for toys to show me they work which is wonderful. It's nice to find a store that sells quality items at bargain prices.

Better than OUAC. Prices are great & they're decent with what they offer for your stuff. Great place! In love.

As far as shopping here, the merchandise is in pretty good condition and there is so much to choose from!

Living so far north with no good kids stores I looked forward to visiting this shop. I was not disappointed! My 2 year old loved all of the toys and hats. I also scored some goodies for little brother on the way. I can't wait to go back and get some bigger items.

Store is very clean and the staff very helpful! With twins I drop in often to see what they have and almost always find what I was looking for, plus some extras

I always love going to Kid-to-Kid Gilbert. They offer fair prices for my gently used kids' gear. From onsies to shoes to toys, getting money for items my kids will never use again is great; even if it is just to be used right then to buy new stuff! I can never seem to get out of the store without purchasing at least 1 item. (My 5 year old LOVES the bows) The staff is always so friendly and helpful when I go in as well. The play area has also been a help! It keeps my kids' entertained while I can have a second to shop for them. So I guess what I'm trying to say is keep up the great work!

This is the cleanest store and has amazing deals for Grandparents! They have only Top Quality Resale items!

I always end up finding clothes to buy. The shoe selection is great. They have good toy ideas too. I will be back since they are very close to me

I have been to may kids resale stores and this is by far my favorite! The place is always clean and the clothes are always color coordinated and it is so easy to find what i need. Other places I have been to there is no order or the aisles are so cramped. The resell aspect is so easy, and the employees are so friendly! Best experience ever! I will always come to this store. They even remembered my name which is huge! LOVE THIS PLACE!

LOVE this store! This is the only place I buy my child's clothes. The staff is very friendly, and the quality of clothes is superb! I get SO many complements on the clothes I buy from here. I tell EVERYBODY with a child about this place. The prices are PHENOMENAL! You get so many clothes for a small price! And to top it off, they do price mark downs on their clothes and offer a punch card.

On the buying side of things, I've been very happy. The store is nicely laid out and is easy to navigate. The toy section is where I've spent most of my time and I've found it to be very organized and stocked with toys that are in really good shape! I LOVE this place. They have a great selection of clothing for all 4 of my kids!! A lot of the clothes are marked down and I went during their semi annual sale and got an awesome deal!! All the workers are very friendly and willing to answer any questions and help! Selling to them was a breeze too, they did it quickly and was able to tell me what was wrong with the clothes that they passed on. I'm am so happy to have found this store! I'm looking forward to the Fill-A-Bag sale this weekend!

Every once in awhile you find awesome clothes here. The other day I found two jackets and two dress shirts for my one year old. They were from old Navy and H&M. Most of the store was filled with stuff I wouldn't buy but like I said you can be surprised what you find at times. Glad I came here. The staff is friendly and they have a kids play area in the store. I must say they should clean the play area a lot mire. They kinda let the kids destroy it and probably on clean it at the end of the day.

I love kid to kid they do have great prices & the owner is so nice. I've seen her in there a couple times & she always greets everyone is is Just a nice helpful person

When my daughter was young and growing like a weed, I used to hit up Kid to Kid and other preloved children's clothing stores. Now that she's school age and clothes matter more, I frequent Children's Place for their great sales. Kid to Kid was always one of my favorite used kids clothes stores as they had a decent selection for a great price. They also have toys, baby gear, and other necessities like hats and shoes. I never sold anything back as we're big on donating but I hear that can frustrate people who are trying to recycle their clothes for more clothes. In general though, the store is neat and easy to shop. They also have great quality stuff, which is probably makes them so picky with their buy-backs.

It was my first visit here, they had a large selection decently priced items (a lot of clothes, shoes). Things were very organized and the staff was really nice

I called to inquire about their purchasing policies before bringing anything in. The young lady I spoke to said they did not give prices over the phone, which I expected. I asked her how it worked, more detailed she told me she could not give percentages, which is odd because Once Upon A Child did. She proceeded to tell me she would have to look at my stuff and find the holes in it. I told her my stuff is in great condition like new, at which point she called me a liar telling me she hears it all the time and finds out the stuff is beat up. Finally, she told me they price off store prices at Target and that if I bought my stuff at Buy Buy Baby, I paid to much and do not know how to shop. I told her that I was no longer interested in doing business with them and not to tell someone that. To think her nerve! I am an avid couponer, guarantee I could teach her things. That's OK, let her over pay. Bottom line, sell yourself some place else. The staff at Once Upon a Child was fabulous and warm.

What a great looking store! So glad they're here! I have 4 kids that keep growing, and I'm glad to have a place close by to trade in my stuff for new.
