Just a quick not to say Thank You! for doing a great job on getting my car scheduled and serviced and getting right back to me on the expected costs so that I was not "blind-sided" by the repairs, as has been the case, in the past, at other dealerships.

CROOKS......

I repeatedly asked that they put my phone number on their "Do Not Call List", and they REFUSEe to do it. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks. They shove their cars down the customer throat and will NOT take "NO!" for an answer. Management LIES to your face. They promise you a tank of gas, then refuse to give it to you. If they promise something, follow through and deliver! They have promised me and other customers things and refused to deliver, basically lying to us. If you are NOT going to follow through with the promised item, then don't promise to give it!
