I went in too look at cars and ended up in a car that they didn't even let me drive first. It wasn't the car I wanted but I was told that it was the only one that I could get financed at 16% interest! I hate the car with a passion and am returning it. I would rather walk to dialysis than drive this car.

I'd choose half a star if I could. They basically offered to take away my car without paying anything for it. Save yourself some time and sell your well-maintained used vehicle on your own. I feel insulted. Never going back to CarMax for anything.

Buy car ripoff

Their ad should say "we'll offer to steal your car from you". In their pitch, the 1st thing they do is discredit "Kelly Blue Book(kbb)". But 2 offer $6000 less than kbb's fair condition value of it when the appraiser says the car is in very good condition, is obscene.
