There has been too many time that I have sat for a hour or more to be seen by this clinic. It does not make a difference on who the doctor was to be. In the morning or afternoon, no difference. This was to be corrected with the new office location. It seams it has not. For the working person this not acceptable. I have moved on.

I've been going to Allenmore Optical for 10 years, and their service has been outstanding. They take the time to do it right no matter how long it takes, and I rarely have to wait to see a technician. I don't know how there prices compare, but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was very disappointed when the person serving me, informed me that there would be a "Slight fitting fee" after informing me that my insurance would cover all of the cost of my contacts. When I asked what that might be, he informed me $60.00. I do not consider this a "slight" fee. I have been wearing contacts for over 40 years and do not need any special fittings to ensure they are working properly. If I have any concerns and need to come back then a charge might be expected.
