Very rude management. they said to me... go a head and call the 1-800 number if your not happy with your service. they will direct you exactly with the same people your talking to right now.. really??? Justin the "manager" according to Justin himself was laughing about it. After I spent $800 plus for new tires, they never drive test my car when was released to me stating that I denied the alignment inspection " alignment inspections was FREE!!! how could I denied it!! and almost got in an accident right outside their shop because tires did not get balanced either. After that more issues came out for the price of over $1200 ...Expert would of notice the issues before replacing the new tires and releasing the car as " safe to drive" NOT

This tires plus is not the best managed store around here. it will take all day to get your car fixed or tires changed, and the managment can be quite rude.
