I regularly work with Thurmon and the team as I take all my corrugated and dunnage to them for recycling .This works as a win win for us! I have always had great service and a pleasant experience!

Worst customer service!!! Thermon is rude to other employees and customers. I went to send a package thru UPS because of bad experience with USPS (slow and losing items). Two days after I sent package I tried to track it. Come to find out he actually sent it through USPS. When I called to see how thats possible at a UPS store. He said we can do that and package is already gone. Its too late now, nothing that you can do. I asked why wouldnt you inform customers of that? He said you said you wanted it shipped, not how you wanted it shipped! RUDE RUDE RUDE
