Bring a book... better yet bring the entire encyclopedia

We arrived early for an appointment with Dr. Stender. The Appointment was set up almost a month in advance. We arrived at 2:04 for a 2:45 appointment. at 3:06 asked how much longer the wait would be... informed us it would be an additional 30 minutes... waited until after 4pm when someone came in with no apology or intro.... after asking us a series of questions... my daughter informs me that is not our Dr. I ask where the doctor is and is informed that she would be in shortly. I told her the reason for our visit was to follow up on some lab work. They cant find the lab work and have to ask my daughter where she had the lab work done.. got fed up with waiting over 2 hours and the office not being prepared... walked out and asked the Nurses to have the Doctor call us ..... recieved no call...... surprise surprise surprise.....

How do we get better service? Who do we call/communicate with? Isnt there a boss? Do we just accept this kind of service?

All I was expecting was an explanation and communication.. an apology would have been nice too. They have a chance to follow up and rectify the situation and no attempt was made... great customer service is usually being given an opportunity to resolve a bad situation... NO ATTEMPT at either were made.
