I needed an approval from my cardiologist to see if he would allow me to have an anti-inflammatory med and Dr. Murphy's office was supposed to handle it. I called them five times and after two weeks of empty promises I called the cardiologist myself. After Campbell's clinic got the approval, I called a sixth time and the nurse said she would handle it. Still no prescription. Over two weeks later still nothing. A total of six calls. I'm very upset that I paid a co-pay and that my insurance has paid for such poor service. If this was a merchant he would go out of business. I want a refund and go somewhere else. Don't go to Dr. Murphy if you have a serious problem!!!

Don't Use Dr. Dockery

I am a 27 year old college grad. I recently discovered through Dr. John D Dockery at Campbell Clinic that I had a ruptured disk in my neck that has been causing back, neck and shoulder paid for the past year.



For the last 4 or so months, I have been under Dr. Dockery's care. Each time I went to appointments, I was taken right in to a room only to sit for anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes waiting on Dr. Dockery to come in.



I have gone through a series of epidural steroid injections (or nerve blocks) into that disk to fix it. None of which have taken. My most recent one was about 2 weeks ago.



During this time I was given a non narcotic pain reliever to take during the days and Hydrocodone to take at night because the pain and comfort level was such that it was keeping me up at night. This was the only way to keep me from tossing and turning at night.



Called today to schedule a follow up from my most recent injection and to refill my prescriptions. I was told that they are "weening" me off of the hydrocodone and they willl NOT be refilling my prescriptions any longer. THIS WAS MY LAST STRAW WITH CAMPBELL CLINIC AND DR. DOCKERY.



#1. I wasn't told until today that I would be "weened" off. So in essence, I was cut completely off, rather than weened. It is now 12 am and I am still up because I am in pain and am uncomfortable.



#2. When I asked why this action was being taken, they gave me some BS about how their issuance of prescriptions are monitored by the goverrnment. THEN they try to refer me to a "Pain Clinic," One that would "manage my pain medication." This made me feel like they think I was having my spinal column operated on and wasting my time with consultations JUST TO GET PAIN MEDS.



#3. This is the worst part, After all the money I spent there, my problem still isn't fixed.



I would NEVER recommend this place, especially Dr. Dockery. He was always in-and-out. Never sat down with me to listen to what I was going through. Did the MRI and said "this is whats wrong and this is what we're gonna do." I never felt like I had a Doctor/Patient relationship with him. It was like he was trying to see how fast he could get me out. I hate that I wasted my time there and now I am stuck trying to find another doctor.



Stay clear of this place.
