I spoke with a representative in their office today whose attitude was absolutely nasty toward me. Then when she thought that she hung up she continued a tirade about my call to her co-worker until I told her that the line had not dropped. Maybe the professional development they're selling should have started in house.

I don't like the fact that you attend the class and they don't give you the certificate of attendance there. they expect to go home and go thru their site to take a test and once you pass that then they give you the certificate. there are other companies that give you the certificate at the end of the class. waste of money.
