The weekend manager or assistant manager, Erica, is rude, unprofessional, wants to be quarrelsome with customers. today I went to buy power ball tickets. They ran out of power ball tape & my numbers printed on regular paper. I asked Erica if that was legal. She was emphatic her manager knew & said it was. I asked her to sign pb ticket, which she reluctantly did. I am a resident of Sun City & do not appreciate attitudes of Erica, or non-English speaking guy behind register. 2 ppl walked out bc guy spoke rapidly to them, would slow down speech! Why must we seniors put up with that? Plus restaurant food is awful. Not like it was before... greasy poorly prepared.
