This attorney represented a friend of mine in a case where my friend had been wrongly accused of stealing a client's mower. Mr. Mooney "assumed" my friend was guilty and spent more time trying to prove HIS client's guilt than trying to defend him. While my friend was found guilty and was not able to leave the state for the period of probation, a judge later reviewed the case and threw it out. My friend's record was cleared and all parties involved were chastized. However, Mr Mooney did not in any way reach out to my friend to acknowledge his mistake in representation.



This attorney needs to practice some more, till he gets it right!
