I am a Certified Veterinary Technician working in Internal Medicine as well as a human Licensed Massage Therapist. I have very high standards when it comes to the health and care of my four dogs. My female beagle Codex suffers from IBD and severe anxiety, fear aggression, and resource aggression. She has been worked up by specialists for both her IBD and her behavioral problems including a Veterinary Behaviorist for her Behavioral problems. I sought out alternative treatments when her medications and current alternative therapies were no longer working anymore.

I met with Dr. Grant for a holistic appointment and she was very pleasant on obviously on the same page as me about my dogs diet and supplementation. She even had some adjustments which I thought were very well thought out and made a lot of sense so I made the changes to my dogs supplement routine slightly to accommodate. She recommended a long list of different modalities we could try and we decided to start with three sessions of acupuncture for her anxiety, Reiki, and essential oils.

So far she has had two sessions of acupuncture with Dr. Grant and we have seen some changes to her attitude at home for the better. The biggest changes though have come from out Reiki appointment. We were unsure of how it would go being as she doesn't normally fair well with strangers, particularly males and we had her session with Mike. If I hadn't been in the room during that hour to watch it I would not have believed that they gave me the same dog back. I have never seen my dog take so well to a stranger in my life. Nor have I seen my dog so calm NOT EVEN IN HER SLEEP. She absolutely melted in his hands and for the past two days since the appointment with him has been a different dog. She is sleeping through the night and curling up with us for cuddles which never happens!

I feel blessed to have found this hospital they offer so much that other hospitals don't I am beyond happy with the care they have given my girl.

What a great find! Dr Grant is knowledgable, compassionate with a bedside manner that goes above and beyond to make sure my cat is well taken care of. Being in the medical field, I know how difficult it can be to find a physician with a God given talent to heal. Dr Grant is just that. Only veterinarian I would bring my pets to! And her green clinic is environmentally friendly too!

Dr Grant and her staff have gone above and beyond for all three of my dogs needing care, including my boy with cancer. Her Eastern medicine practices are such a welcome change from pharmaceuticals , nice to know there are alternative treatments available sometimes. And offering Chiropractic, grooming and training along with boarding all in one place is so helpful.

Dr grant and the staff at Autumn Green gave my dog MArley the best quality of life his last two years could offer. She was very instrumental in saving his life and adding quality to the years we had with him She made dietary suggestions and provided wonderful eastern med insight to how to keep him as healthy as possible while working with his oncologist in Buffalo grove. I cant say enough about how much time she spent with us and her compassion was amazing !

Never again. We were told to wait without an appointment for 45 min and the dr still had not come in to see us. Staff out the wazoo but no one would help us. This place sucks. They told us that walk ins take priority over people with appointments. If a walk in comes in one minute before your appointment you're screwed. And the lady at the front desk was so rude about it we just left without being seen after 45 min. Out puppy couldn't wait any longer.

The staff including the physicians were extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will be switching animal hospitals ASAP.



Overheard the staff talking about other costumers. Being in the health care field myself - customer service is a number 1 priority - unfortunately I believe this animal hospital falls way short of that.

I am so glad I found Autumn Green to help me care for my pets. The doctors spend extra time to be sure we are doing everything we can for my aging dogs. I appreciate all the ideas and alternatives they suggest. All of the staff go out of their way to help. I have recommended Autumn Green to family & friends.

To start Kathleen the woman at the front desk had me sit and wait while she finished chit chatting with another employee not even a one moment please. Then she argued with my husband and I about our rx that was called in. While we went back to our vet to get it sure filled the rd under the incorrect Dr name and not even with the correct refills which is fraud. She could have easily updated it while we were gone but when I called today still not updated she we rude and I honestly will never go back and continue to tell everyone what a terrible experience I had due to her
