This place went above and beyond. I'm sure a whole fruit basket or an Easter basket is not their normal delivery items. But when my husband called in they went above and beyond to provide exactly what he asked for. He set up three separate deliveries to celebrate our 21st anniversary and Easter. The first day a huge balloon bouquet with a basket of chocolates were delivered. The next day was a beautiful spring floral arrangement with a basket of fresh whole fruit - oranges, apples, grapes, & bananas (someone had to make a special trip to the store for that one) and then the last delivery was Easter baskets form our daughter and me. Even though we were apart and miles from home, they really made the anniversary and holiday seem more like home. Thank you!

Well, they were friendly over the phone when they took my order, that's the ONLY reason I gave them 1 star. If I could've given them just a half star I would've. The order was for my kids on Valentines Day and was supposed to arrive at my house at 4:00pm. At 4:20 I called and they sat the phone down so I could still hear them trying to FIND my order, finally the lady got back on the phone and said she was sorry and that he was leaving there right now coming to my house so I said "ok, so he's coming straight here because my kids will be leaving soon with their grandparents" she said yes that he was coming STRAIGHT HERE. ( I seriously live like 2 min. from there) I called back around 4:50pm and the lady said "oh they haven't been there yet?" I said " no and their grandparents are here waiting on you guys to deliver so that they can get going with their plans with the kids." She told me they should be there anytime now. We ended up waiting another 15 min or so and then just let the kids go ahead and leave with their grandparents so they could get going with their plans. The order didn't end up getting here until around 5:30-5:40!!! We will NOT be using their services ANYMORE!!!

I will always do business with them! Wonderful costumer service and beautiful work!

Delivered on the wrong day and overcharged me 12 bucks. do not do business over the phone
