No followup to email order. When called to inquire April, who said she was the manager was inexplicably rude and spoke to me like a disgrunted teenager. I asked for her bosses name and number and she said his name was Scott but would not give me his number or any way to contact him. She was evasive and unprofessional.

My daughter is a part of a cheerleading team with her school district. In May my daughter was sized for the uniforms and told that we would receive them in August. My daughters top did not come in which they were notified immediately, they sent the wrong size. They school coach was in constant contact with this company to correct the issue, they kept giving her the run around. I called them after 4 weeks and the response was TERRIBLE, Toni M. (sales rep) said that she had it ready to ship tomorrow but when I said that I would drive from Austin to pick it up she said that a 3rd party vendor was making it and it wasn’t ready. My daughter is the only one on the team that has been cheering without her uniform for 4 week, and still waiting.

I emailed Scott E (Owner/President): “Scott, I spoke with Toni M. yesterday evening about my daughter ___’s uniform order. To sum up our conversation, I have offered to pick up from Garland last night myself. Toni M. was contradicting herself by stating that the uniform was complete then stating that a 3rd party has it and it isn't done. She seemed to be extremely confrontational and I do not feel comfortable speaking with her again. The issue is my daughter has been without her complete uniform for over 4 weeks and this order needs to be expedited today. Please contact me asap __-__-___ in regards to my daughters uniform order and delivery date. I look forward to speaking with you soon.”

I called Scott because he emailed me to brush me off, he wouldn’t hear me out and kept asking me questions like I did something wrong. He was extremely RUDE; when I was speaking he would jump in and did not let me talk. There has not been any resolution to this.

IF I WERE YOU I WOULD FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO USE.
